On 10/12/2025, I reserved an event room for a wake for 30 people, costing £630. Only 18 attended, but the food provided was insufficient even for that number. I was questioned via email about notifying them of the situation, though only a bartender was present. There was no cutlery available, and glasses had visible lipstick stains. Overall, it was poorly organized and left my family feeling saddened after our visit.
