I stayed in Chester St David’s and Cheadle Hotels and on both occasions they charged me for items that should have been included…Hotel staff were excellent but their central Customer Service were as much use as a ash tray on a motor bike.. Not checking and making a guess on why I had been charged..,. Still not sorted
