It is almost impossible to get information from Village Medical. Calls are screened by a central phone bank and requested call backs often do not happen. Email messages are apparently ignored. For example: Getting a simple EKG result for surgery referral took one week to get to my surgeons office, only after I walked into the clinic and stood there until they did it. Patient health care is more time sensitive that anything else, and Village Medical does not respect that.
