Awful quality and absolutely disgusting comms and returns. Bought a jacket for which the quality was so so poor compared to the picture! When trying to return they do not read my emails but keep sending me an option of returning the item but with no returns details or having another item at 75% of the money I spent with them. I do not want the hassle of receiving another low quality item so I want to return it, but now five emails later, they still haven’t given me instructions on how to return the jacket. Their website says ‘easy returns’ which clearly is not the case.
