I really do not think this company deserves even one star. Ordered a trouser suit the material is such bad quality and they sent completely the wrong size. To return it would have cost £24 and then that was not guaranteed even though tracked. They offered 30% refund and apologised that I was unhappy. Terrible service please do not order from them you may as well burn your money.

Avoid this company please do not order from this company they are scammers i just wasted £80 on a coat, the quality was really bad and it was bad fitting there was a strip of velcro at the top of one sleeve which wasn't use for anything but it did cover a hole i asked for refund which they have ignored making an excuse they want to see a photo of the coat please listen to this text and don't order anything from them
This company is a scam, I very much regret not reading the countless reviews from people who have had the same experience as me before purchasing the terrible quality clothing from Vilamora.
The dresses I bought are not what is shown on their website. They are made with low quality fabric and poor fit. I immediately contacted the company to arrange a return as per the instructions on their website but they have not even acknowledged the request. Surely this is a breach of their contract with their customers. As this appears to be a repeated issue, is it not possible to take action? They are conning people into giving the company money in return for falsely advertised goods and then breaking their terms and conditions.

Despite their claims of hassle-free returns, there was no customer service available, and I received no help at all. Ultimately, I had to depend on my card provider for a refund instead of the retailer. I strongly encourage other customers to be cautious and think twice before ordering from this website, especially if you might need to return something.
The product I received was cheap and looked terrible. I attempted to return it under their 30-day easy returns policy and was asked to send a photo of the item. Then I was instructed to return it to China at my own expense. Now, all my emails are mysteriously bouncing back. They are fraudsters, and I will report them to trading standards. I regret not checking reviews before purchasing! The items are of very poor quality and don't resemble what is shown on the website. This is a Chinese company, so be wary! You are responsible for returning items to China, if you can even get ‘approval’ to do so.
I bought a women’s shirt and received an email confirming delivery, but the item never arrived. I emailed for proof of delivery and received a response saying they would investigate, but then I heard nothing. Their contact email is now non-functional, and previous emails bounce back. The phone number listed is always busy. This is a complete scam; please avoid. I've lost my money.
