Poor Quality and Refund Policy

The quality of the clothing and the refund policy are so poor that they should be banned in the UK. I ordered a blazer that was two sizes too big. When I tried to return or exchange it, I was told they don’t do exchanges and that returns must go to their factory in China at my expense. They offered me a 75% discount on my next purchase if I kept the item—no, thank you. Don’t waste your money; it’s frustrating and disappointing.
