The external noise from the nearby villa was quite bothersome, as was the sound from the refrigerator echoing throughout the area, both of which I understand are difficult to manage. The hot water pressure was extremely low, barely trickling from the taps and shower. Additionally, there was no heating in the lower part of the villa, making it likely just as uncomfortable in summer for cooling. Unfortunately, this was my least favorable experience with a villa.
