The villa was exactly as it was described. We found the beds really comfortable, loved the pool, but all of the facilities were excellent. We had everything we needed. It was truly a fantastic holiday.
Beware! Booked a Villa and it seemed perfect. The pictures for the pool were very misleading and when I worked out how small it was I wanted to cancel the holiday. I had put a deposit down and paid the first installment. I have cancelled and it has cost me £700 no refund and 144 days until the holiday was happening!
We have found a villa with a much bigger pool for £1000 less with no deposit and free cancellation. I wont be considering Villa Plus again.
Myself, Wife, Son and his girlfriend booked this Villa last year because everybody hates January after the Christmas festivities. The Villa was amazing in every way, big, spacious, a modern feel and very clean. The pool was warm and big enough for us to have fun in. One of the blinds didn't work on the bedroom window, but before I had chance to report it I had a text to say that the cleaner had already reported it and a guy had been booked to fix it. 👌We had a fantastic 7 days in the Villa, and would definitely go back. Thank you for making January a bit better this year! 👏👏👏
The noise from the neighboring villa was quite bothersome, as was the sound of the refrigerator resonating throughout the area, both of which I understand can be challenging to control. The hot water pressure was extremely low, barely coming out of the taps and shower. Additionally, there was no heating in the lower section of the villa, making it likely just as uncomfortable in summer for cooling. Unfortunately, this was my least favorable experience with a villa.

We recently stayed at a villa in an ideal location. However, not everything was satisfactory during our visit. Our towels were not changed on the scheduled day, and after contacting the local office, we were told the manager had delivered them, which was not true. Despite assurances, no towel change occurred, leaving us with the same towels for our entire stay. There were also no dish towels for drying, so we had to buy some ourselves. We enjoy playing pool and table tennis, but the equipment was in poor condition. The table tennis paddles were worn out, and the pool table was of very low quality. If some improvements were made, this could be an ideal holiday villa; right now, it’s just average. We've been using the service for many years, but this has been our worst experience so far.
Just returned from a stay in a villa that was not at all as depicted in the photos. The outdoor kitchen was dirty, one of the showers flooded the passage, and the roof over the outdoor seating area allowed dirty rainwater to pour into the pool. The loungers were filthy, and the cleaners only came on our last day to remove bedding but left quilt covers on the floor for the next guests. I complained to the service; they cleaned the pool and shower drain, but the other issues were not addressed. I would never book this villa again. The outdoor area was dirty upon arrival, and the loungers were in poor condition.
A spacious villa with comfortable beds and good shower pressure. There were only enough soft chairs for four people, so dining chairs were needed for larger groups. I was disappointed that the pool wasn't cleaned midweek as expected, and there was some sunscreen splashed on one bathroom window upon check-in. Otherwise, it's a good villa, and I would consider returning.
