We recently stayed at a villa in an ideal location. However, not everything was satisfactory during our visit. Our towels were not changed on the scheduled day, and after contacting the local office, we were told the manager had delivered them, which was not true. Despite assurances, no towel change occurred, leaving us with the same towels for our entire stay. There were also no dish towels for drying, so we had to buy some ourselves. We enjoy playing pool and table tennis, but the equipment was in poor condition. The table tennis paddles were worn out, and the pool table was of very low quality. If some improvements were made, this could be an ideal holiday villa; right now, it’s just average. We've been using the service for many years, but this has been our worst experience so far.
