This is the 3rd villa I have booked through Villa Plus. If I could breakdown the scores I would give 5stars for the Villa Plus communication but only 3stars for the Villa itself. We had an issue where our private transfer was cancelled 1 week before our trip for no apparent reason but the VP staff were great in helping me sort it out and even saved £200 with the new transfer.
The Villa itself was very ‘tired’ and in need of a bit of a spruce up. Some beds were uncomfortable, one bedroom particularly cold for some reason and AC unit wouldn’t heat up. No matching and not enough cutlery, crockery or glasses. Creaky doors so kept people awake (10 ladies of a certain age sharing, requires a lot of bathroom activity 🤣). Outside area was lovely. Loved the heated pool. I’ve fed all this back to the VP team and they have received the feedback positively and will be making suggestions to the owner.
Hasn’t put me off booking another villa.
