However, four days later, I was charged. This required a month of communication and submission of bank statements, only for the company to claim they could not assist, stating my cancellation was outside the allowed timeframe, despite my evidence. The customer service is exceptionally poor; I faced hold times of 45 minutes, followed by agents disconnecting the call, and my requests to speak with a manager were denied. I recommend booking directly with your desired hotel and avoiding this service.
