I am not surprised by the low score. This platform lacks a wheelchair option, which is unacceptable in 2025. It's disgraceful that there’s no simple question or checkbox regarding wheelchair requirements. This site is unhelpful for wheelchair users. They should send me all airline contact numbers so I can do their job for them. It's ridiculous that they invest in flashy advertising but neglect actual passenger needs.
