If I could rate lower than one star, I would. The customer service is the worst I've encountered. Their money-back guarantee is essentially meaningless. If you try the foundation and find it unsuitable, you won't receive a full refund because the product is opened. How can anyone determine if they like it without trying it? Moreover, you even need to record a video of yourself applying it just to get a 40% refund. I've never experienced anything like this before. I strongly advise avoiding this company!
