For someone with who deals with redness from rosacea and sensitive skin, changing products is not always an easy or positive experience, but VIMA isn’t your average product. Their color-changing foundation combined with their setting spray have not only provided me with great coverage, but a new-found sense of confidence. Their customer service is also top-notch. Highly recommended.
30 day return policy is a trap!!! No phone #, no address, no chatroom. When I emailed to return an online order I made here in the US, I was directed to courier the return to a UK address (!!!) that must have trace & tracking, costing more than 3X the order. I asked why not return within the US from where the order was processed & was told any & all returns are shipped to the UK!
Comes out white, but blends into the perfect match! My daughter and I are both different skin tones and it matched into both of us! Definitely works and will buy again! I’m so mind blown that it can come out white and blend into a perfect match, not heavy, or caked looking. Really a great foundation!
With fair skin and freckles, I found that this product failed to adequately cover my freckles and left me looking quite pale. While it arrived promptly and was nicely packaged, I don't feel it justified the high price I paid.

I've tried countless foundations over the years, and now that I'm in my 60s, most of them just sit in my creases and age me further. However, when I tried the color-adjusting foundation, I was amazed! I no longer have to stress about finding the right shade. The formulation gets the color spot on, feels light and natural, and leaves my skin looking smooth. It even covers my light sun spots effectively. I'm so impressed that I've discarded all my other foundations. My friends comment that I look at least 10 years younger. The only improvement I could wish for is if it included 50 SPF sunscreen!
If I could rate lower than one star, I would. The customer service is the worst I've encountered. Their money-back guarantee is essentially meaningless. If you try the foundation and find it unsuitable, you won't receive a full refund because the product is opened. How can anyone determine if they like it without trying it? Moreover, you even need to record a video of yourself applying it just to get a 40% refund. I've never experienced anything like this before. I strongly advise avoiding this company!
