30 day return policy is a trap!!! No phone #, no address, no chatroom. When I emailed to return an online order I made here in the US, I was directed to courier the return to a UK address (!!!) that must have trace & tracking, costing more than 3X the order. I asked why not return within the US from where the order was processed & was told any & all returns are shipped to the UK!
