I am thoroughly disgusted by this company. I purchased a return ticket and paid in full, only to receive a call 30 minutes later stating that my return ticket price had increased by over £300. I refused to pay more and requested my money back, but they insisted on a cancellation fee due to my outbound ticket being confirmed. They offered some money back and a bonus to spend with them, which I did not agree to. I need my original tickets or my money back. I cannot afford to buy a new ticket. They are a joke and I do not recommend them.
