I fell victim to a ticket scam today. After purchasing a ticket, I received a call stating that my return ticket wouldn't be confirmed unless I paid an additional £241. I refused, and now they want to deduct £60 from the amount I initially paid.
This is a deceptive business. They profit by taking your money, then calling to demand more for a refund. The fees for the refund are where they generate income! They do not actually have any tickets. I question whether this business operates in the UK. Avoid at all costs.
I am yet another victim of their scheme. I made the mistake of paying them online. Afterwards, they claimed the seat was unavailable for the selected date and offered to find one for more money. I declined and requested a refund, which they agreed to but mentioned a cancellation fee. Why? They didn't provide any booking details, so why charge a cancellation fee? This feels like a scam. I have reported them to my bank for a chargeback and also informed the Government Fraud Department. I hope we can eliminate them. Stay away from this fraudulent company.
This company is a scam. I would never recommend anyone use their services. They advertise low prices but then come back asking for more money for various reasons. I was told I booked a youth ticket, which is why it was cheaper, and when I questioned it, they gave another excuse about price updates taking 24 hours. They finally agreed to refund my ticket but kept a £50 admin fee for no valid reason. I lost £50 due to their misleading advertisements and poor website functionality.
I paid for a so-called bargain flight, only to discover that they confirmed outbound flights without luggage, then wanted me to pay more than the airlines for my return or face a fee to get my refund. This company needs to stop using false advertising and financial coercion.
