I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received. As a loyal customer for many years, I have always paid my invoices on time. In January, I paid €100 as usual but mistakenly paid a small remaining amount of €20 too late (5 weeks late). Now, I am being charged €150 to reactivate my account, or else my email and domain will be non-functional for six weeks. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I've sent several emails asking for help but received no meaningful support. I feel compelled to pay the €150 just to regain access, which seems entirely unfair. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed urgently for a fair resolution.
