We have recently implemented Vincere, having used our previous system for 20 years so it was somewhat daunting to change! The implementation team, and in particular Sam Almendral and Gert Tomson have been superstars throughout the process. Enabling the seamless transfer of our existing data-base and set up on Vincere. Sam was in constant communication and we felt in very safe and supportive hands. Having "gone live" there's some great functionality to the system (including a quick link to profiles on LinkedIn and clear visuals of the candidate journey which will certainly support engagement initiatives. Looking forward to the next 20 years of using Vincere!
