Terrible experience. I received a watch band marked as 22mm, but it was clearly not that size. I provided multiple images, including one showing the measurement. They continued to email me while disregarding the obvious facts and then insisted I cover the return shipping costs. I’m unsure if they are relying on automated responses for customer service, but I will definitely not purchase from them again. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
