I encountered one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, with responses to emails taking several days. They provide gift vouchers with purchases, but fail to mention important conditions for their use, such as a minimum purchase requirement. My spouse gifted me a necklace for Christmas along with a $50 voucher. However, when attempting to use it, I discovered it required a purchase of $150 or more. This information was only revealed by customer service after the initial purchase, and it wasn't communicated at the time of the necklace purchase or in the email that included the voucher.
Thank you for the beautifully designed and high-quality watches. I just received my second one and feel like I'm starting my collection. For many years, I wore another brand, but now I proudly wear these every day. Keep up the creativity; history is in the making.

They continued to email me while disregarding the obvious facts and then insisted I cover the return shipping costs. I’m unsure if they are relying on automated responses for customer service, but I will definitely not purchase from them again. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
