They provide gift vouchers with purchases, but fail to mention important conditions for their use, such as a minimum purchase requirement. My spouse gifted me a necklace for Christmas along with a $50 voucher. However, when attempting to use it, I discovered it required a purchase of $150 or more. This information was only revealed by customer service after the initial purchase, and it wasn't communicated at the time of the necklace purchase or in the email that included the voucher.
