Finally, after two weeks and a few phone calls with a courier rep from British customs, my case of amazing (and pretty pricey) French wine showed up. The outer box was a bit rough-looking, but inside, there was the original wooden case from 1998! The wine arrived in perfect condition, though. All in all, it turned out to be a great experience.
