I placed an order and heard nothing for over nine days—no confirmation, no dispatch updates, and no replies despite multiple attempts to contact them. Only after I threatened to report them did they respond with two conflicting reasons for the delay. Thankfully, I received a refund after applying pressure, but the experience was very frustrating.
