Fantastic value and superb service

Extremely dissatisfied with this company

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I've been trying to get a VAT invoice for over a month. They ignore my emails, despite me pointing out the legal obligation to provide one on request. This has consumed too much of my time, and if you need an invoice to reclaim VAT, I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Ignored for days until I escalated

I placed an order and heard nothing for over nine days—no confirmation, no dispatch updates, and no replies despite multiple attempts to contact them. Only after I threatened to report them did they respond with two conflicting reasons for the delay. Thankfully, I received a refund after applying pressure, but the experience was very frustrating. I would advise looking elsewhere for your purchases.
