I paid a dollar for a report, which seemed reasonable. However, the report indicated no previous ownership, no recalls, and 0km on the odometer. This was a used vehicle with at least 9 previous owners and 185,000km, along with three airbag recalls! While I wasn’t too concerned about the inaccuracies given the low cost, I was enrolled in a subscription I didn’t consent to. Not mentioning the airbag recall is extremely dangerous and irresponsible. I reached out for a refund under their so-called "no questions asked refund policy," but they only provided details on how to cancel the subscription, with no mention of a refund. My follow-up email went unanswered. I ended up filing a chargeback with my bank, which successfully canceled the transaction. Save yourself the headache and pay a bit more for a legitimate report; I wish I had.
