I ordered wooden letters via Amazon, 3 of the 6 letters were almost identical in colour and next to each other for my grandsons name, was told unfortunately unable to pick specific colours and then had to pay for postage to return!Very poor customer service, will NOT use again & DO NOT RECOMMEND!
