Bought a retractable washing line from Vinsani (via a very well known online shop).
Item is cheap and nasty. Didn't work, with one half of the line not retracting at all. Whole item just felt cheap, nasty a d not worth the money. Certainly wouldn't buy from them again. AVOID and dont waste yiur money!

I received four shirts that said they were 2 xl and fit like they might be a large. They will not return them without me shipping them on my dime to China. That’s after trying to actually make contact for 3 weeks…with no response.
Ordered shirts from them over two weeks ago but haven’t received my order yet. Worse is the customer service where I can’t even find out where my order is. An hour after I ordered I let them know that my address was slightly incorrect but apparently they couldn’t change it so I have no idea where my package is. Terrible experience with this company.
If possible would give them minus 1 , Washing line arrived, purchased from Amazon, broke within 6 weeks, email received as below Good Day!Thank you for your email. We are very sorry to hear this, but all the concerns, faults, and damages must be reported to us within the first 30 days. This time has now passed, and we cannot assist you with this fault. If I could give this zero stars I would. Washing line delivered without required accessories which were supposed to be included in the box. 8 days, 7 emails, 7 pictures, 1 video later and still they cannot send me the missing accessories they should have delivered me. Clearly they are trying to get out of paying additional costs even when they are at fault. Would not buy from here again.
The product arrived quickly and all seemed ok with it, however I’ve ordered the wrong one, sent it back, they’ve acknowledged receiving it and will refund, now nearly a week later and they are now asking for proof of postage, having admitting to receiving it. Therefore I would not recommend this company as trying to get a refund is very stressful 🤬🤬🤬
I ordered via Amazon, two shoe racks. What arrived a few days later was two coffee pod holders. Upon reporting the incorrect items I’d received, I was offered a 25% refund on the incorrect items I’d received, expecting me to pay 75% of the cost of something I didn’t order. I had to fight to get them to come and pick up the incorrect items. They refused to refund me or dispatch the correct items before the incorrect item had been picked up. This has now been collected two days ago and I have not received any further information about my refund or replacement correct items. Very disappointing, frustrating and rude.
I ordered a set of glasses and wanted to arrange a return and refund. I wrote to their email ID but have not received a response till date. Their phone number does not work so I cannot get in touch with them over call. I would advise everyone to avoid this company.
I bought a retractable washing line on 3/5/23 and installed it a few days later. We usually don't have much washing and the secondary line gets light use at best. On 3/7/23, the secondary line would not retract into the housing and there was no tension on the line at all. I sent a very politely worded email to Vinsani advising them of the situation and requesting that they revert to me at their convenience. I received a response the following day advising me that, as 30 days had passed, they were not prepared to assist me in any way. I subsequently informed them that although 30 days had passed, the fault had only developed after that period and that whilst I appreciated the returns policy, I would also expect a quality product to still last much longer and to provide their opinion on the matter. I then received another very short response that included the words 'Sorry' and 'Have a great day' which, as I'm sure you will agree, was not ideal by any standards.I think that this highlights the difference between a company that cares about the customer compared to one that only cares about the profit.I've dealt with several reputable companies in the past that are more than happy to assist customers after the returns period because they know it makes good business sense and those customers will come back, but unfortunately, this isn't one of those companies.I feel like I might be able to gain some small consolation if, by providing this feedback, I can at least inform my fellow shoppers of my experience and I will feel better if I can save you your hard earned money by advising you to consider looking elsewhere and hopefully finding a company that values your long term custom.
