Purchased through Amazon a Nespresso storage tray. It was not suitable and I returned it, paying the postage myself which was fine. Instead of getting a refund of approx £20, they sent me 64p!!! They said it was damaged and included a photo. It was definitely not when I packaged it and returned via their appointed carrier. Would never buy again from them, plus Amazon just aren't interested in helping.
