This is the worst seller. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I bought a table through amazon. It arrived on time but was damaged. It had a huge dent and didn’t open flat. I requested a return but the seller’s terms say I have to cover the postage, and on a table like this, it was £19.89! However, they said that if the damage was their fault, they’d reimburse the postage too. 10+ emails with Amazon, countless issues raised with them, 5+ emails with the seller and despite acknowledging the damage was their fault, they refused to refund the postage. As they broke their own terms, Amazon thankfully refunded me. This has been the most stressful, most time consuming experience. This seller was disgraceful.
