I signed on for Trial and cancelled. I'm a disabled Senior protected under N.C. G.S. § 14.112 from being financially exploited. I signed up for $1 Trial ONLY cancelling by email. I thought it was cancelled because it didn't show up on PayPal subscriptions. I found out via latest email he's been illegally charging me since Oct 2025 $29.95 each month for a service I cancelled and don't use.
I was looking for current address for someone by their Vin. No. to serve a Protective Order. I want a full refund. He uses Bait & Switch tactics and has at least one alert with BBB after numerous complaints. I plan on legal action if he doesn't refund all my money. I'm in poor health and budget for everything. No way can I afford to waste money like this on a service I don't use. He's stolen $150 from a disabled senior.
