I ordered a custom pet necklace on April 18th and received no updates. I reached out for a status update but only got a generic response about order volume, saying someone would respond in 24-48 hours. No one ever did. Communication is non-existent, and there’s no tracking information. I will dispute this with my bank and leave negative reviews to prevent others from being scammed.
