CAUTION! I unintentionally signed up for a monthly subscription when I only wanted a T-shirt! After explaining that I didn’t intend to enroll in the subscription (which offers nothing but early discounts?!), I was informed it was non-refundable. It ended up costing me double the price of the T-shirt. Very disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered this shirt THREE WEEKS before my husband’s birthday to ensure it arrived on time, even paying an extra $15 for expedited shipping. TWELVE DAYS later, it shipped from overseas. There was no indication of this on the site. Comments are disabled on social media, preventing warnings to others. My husband’s birthday has come and gone, and the shirt is still overseas. Unbelievable. Avoid this seller. I've also heard the quality is poor? Ugh.
I designed a shirt for my husband thinking I selected a large size, but after placing the order, I realized it was a small. I immediately emailed them for a size change. I ordered a custom pet necklace on April 18th and received no updates. I reached out for a status update but only got a generic response about order volume, saying someone would respond in 24-48 hours. No one ever did. Communication is non-existent, and there’s no tracking information. I will dispute this with my bank and leave negative reviews to prevent others from being scammed.
This seller is completely unreliable. It took ages for my item to supposedly ship, and while there was some vague tracking info at first, it eventually stopped, and the item was never delivered. The representative claimed it was odd and would resend my order, but I never heard back, nor did I receive a reprint. After four months of this hassle, I asked for a refund, and she finally processed it, deducting the shipping guarantee fee, despite the item never being delivered (I doubt it was ever printed or sent). When I confronted her, she falsely claimed it had been delivered, which was a blatant lie. I suspect these shipping fees are how this seller profits, sustaining this fraudulent operation. Avoid at all costs!
