The delay in being processed was disappointing but some e-mail updates were received. The money offer was less than I expected so I asked for the items to be returned. I had sent them with individual invoices and individually packed but when they were returned all the receipts were packed together (one was missing) and all the items had been taken out of their packing and put into one plastic bag.
