I didn’t expect a fortune for what I sent but the offer was very low as I sent quality items. I did accept the offer as it was just sitting in a cupboard but I did expect a little more for my items as some gold I didn’t even achieve the scrap price I feel.
First time so was a little concerned my items would be lost in the post or not worth what I hoped for. Worth slightly more and free postage. Great communication and fast payment. Will definitely be sending more Steiff bears and jewellery as I declutter for downsizing house move next year. Thank you VCC
The process took a lot longer than I anticipated. I know this was due to VCC being extremely busy. VCC were very good at keeping me informed throughout the process which was much appreciated. The offer I received was very fair and the money was in my account within 2 working days as promised. Would definitely recommend VCC and will use again.

I thought it was going to be a good cash app until they locked my account claiming I was using a VPN. Both of my devices have VPN set as none. I contacted them about this and after getting the response saying I used a VPN they stopped replying and didn't fix my account. I have a withdrawal pending from prior to them locking my account and I did spend some money in the app. This last withdrawal would have put me a few dollars ahead...less than $20. Be cautious is using this app.

Bit slow about reporting my offer but there were a number of different sorts of things in my box.
Bit slow in sending money - but it was over a weekend and a lot of banks don't do things over the weekend.
