This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've encountered. My order took more than three weeks to arrive, despite my numerous follow-up emails to the service. Each response provided a different excuse rather than honest communication. When the items finally arrived, they were in awful condition—not wearable, clearly fake, and not genuine at all. The quality isn't even worth a fraction of what I paid.
