I highly recommend not using this service. I placed an order in November, well ahead of Christmas, and it only arrived the day before, leaving me uncertain if it would arrive on time. When I tried to reach out for delivery information, responses were infrequent, and sometimes I received no reply at all. I eventually needed to return the item due to sizing issues and requested an exchange, but I have not received any communication from them since.
