Extremely Disappointing Quality & No Customer Care
I placed my first order with this company (Order No. 75564) and it will definitely be my last. For the premium prices they charge, I expected far better. Instead, almost every item arrived stained or damaged, and even after laundering the marks wouldn’t lift. I’ve paid far less elsewhere and received much higher quality clothing.
What makes it worse is that I emailed them to express my concerns, and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge it. No response, no apology, nothing.
Stay well clear. This has been a completely disappointing experience from start to finish.
