Whilst I have no issue with the quality of their product their customer service is appalling. When ordering a top before Christmas I couldn’t find a size guide other than how to measure. I emailed and asked them if they had one, their reply just three words “yes we do.” No link to it or how can we be of more service.
I ended up buying three sizes. One of them fitted perfectly. I returned the other two as per their instructions online in January. It’s now the end of February and still no refund. I’ve even provided screenshots of the Royal Mail Tracking site showing it was delivered and signed for. They’re now ignoring my emails.
