Purchased a sofa from Vintage in November 2025 and was advised delivery 6 to 8 weeks with this particular supplier renowned for always meeting the timescales. It has taken 11 weeks to deliver. In-between automated updates were received which had incorrect info causing undue worry for example 6 2eeks after the order (Christmas eve) the auto update advised me sofas were just going into production! So in hindsight this was probably correct as I have received delivery today what were they doing for 5 weeks??
We have asked for callback and raised issues as they arose and can honestly say having come from a customer service background they need some work.
