I have been dying to review Sofa Vintage Company.
A visit here is like nothing you will ever experience when on a furniture hunt.
Just going down the drive sets you up for a delightful experience and we were not disappointed.
We had a lovely, warm welcome and warm drinks also available and then the magical, mystery tour begins.
There is an extensive range of individual sofas in a variety of styles and materials. Lots of beautiful rugs,throws and cushions to compliment the furniture with quirky pieces to add to your decor. Around every corner are more delights to tickle your design imagination.
We did invest in the beautiful Sunshine Bugsby sofa and it is definitely a statement piece in our lounge...we have thoroughly enjoyed decorating our room in anticipation of the " new arrival" and it didn't disapoint.
It arrived a couple of weeks early( we could have asked for a delay) and we were kept in the loop every step of the way with a morning call to give eta. This was exact and the two delivery drivers were polite, professional and so efficient, manoeuvring our sofa with such expertise getting it in place with feet assembly too, in no time at all.
At the risk of sounding a tad eccentric on two more occasions I have visited The Vintage Sofa company to share the joyous experience with two of our children.
Incase you haven't realised, I am VERY impressed with this company.

The 'quirky' showroom is a must if for no other reason that to get ideas as to how you could furnish your home.

Found the Vintage Sofa Co when I was looking for leopard print furniture. A year down the line I have two beautiful Albert Sofas in pink, a Leopard Print Selfridges Chair and Footstool all adorned with stunning cushions and sheepskin throws. My living room is what I always dreamed of, the quality is exceptional and the customer service is brilliant. So grateful to George who made our first purchase a great experience, Amy who helped resolve the issue of my husband ordering the wrong size and Natalie for her advice with dressing the room. So happy with our experience we’ve just ordered furniture for a second room with the help of George who was so patient and helpful.
Purchased a sofa from Vintage in November 2025 and was advised delivery 6 to 8 weeks with this particular supplier renowned for always meeting the timescales. It has taken 11 weeks to deliver. In-between automated updates were received which had incorrect info causing undue worry for example 6 2eeks after the order (Christmas eve) the auto update advised me sofas were just going into production! So in hindsight this was probably correct as I have received delivery today what were they doing for 5 weeks??
We have asked for callback and raised issues as they arose and can honestly say having come from a customer service background they need some work.
We explored a vintage sofa showroom, and what a stunning old mill in a beautiful setting! The staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. There was an eclectic selection of wonderful sofas, chairs, and rugs—so much to choose from! George attended to us and was incredibly helpful. We are thrilled with our choice of a lovely sofa, chair, and cushions. If you're in the market for a new sofa, this place is a must-visit. Also, thank you for the coffee and cake upon our arrival; it was greatly appreciated. Despite the snowy weather, the paths were well-maintained and safe.
The customer service was exceptional, especially after an initial hiccup with the delivery mix-up (mostly beyond the seller's control). The representative guided me every step of the way, and I received two beautiful sofas, a lovely chair, and a charming clock just in time for the holidays. Many thanks, we will definitely return!
