I placed an order with the company on 26 December 2025 and was given delivery dates of mid-February 2026. When we moved into our new home at the end of January, I emailed and asked for an update on the items. I was told that there had been a 'slight delay' and the items wouldn't in fact be available until April. I advised that I would not have ordered had I known that they would take this long. I was told that as the order is bespoke, I couldn't cancel but that they would keep an eye on progress and update me. I would argue that the order is not 'bespoke' as I simply selected from the available options online for the barstools and the bedside cabinets come as standard. In addition, they informed that the manufacturer had commencee production however I find it hard to believe that it's taking them that long to make the items. They informed that the bedside cabinets I had ordered would be available sooner and they would ship them when they arrived.
I have not had updates from the company as they have assured and have again had to email them for an update as we are now past the date I was given for the cabinets. They replied and said that they are now with the Courier and that the barstools are on track for mid-late April (I was previously told mid-April).
I have not been impressed by the customer service and am hoping that the items are worth the wait! I think it is particularly poor that they take payment straight away yet are not supplying the items until months later. If there are further delays with the barstools, I will be contacting my credit card company for legal advice. I will not be purchasing from them again.
