This company has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. They sent me a faucet missing a label cap, and it leaks so badly that I've had to turn off the water to my entire home. A licensed contractor installed it, and a plumber confirmed it was done correctly. I paid nearly $700 for this faucet. I tried to contact customer service multiple times, but after waiting on hold, I was repeatedly told they couldn't assist me. I'm disputing the charge and getting rid of the product. Terrible product and service. I will never shop here again and will advise others to avoid this site.
