I experienced very poor service. I sent an email with several technical questions before buying a shower rod. Despite explaining that I was overseas and preferred email communication, my inquiries were ignored. Initially, I received a response directing me to a technical line, but then my emails went unanswered. A friend later attempted to call during business hours, but there was no response. This is unacceptable.
This company has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. They sent me a faucet missing a label cap, and it leaks so badly that I've had to turn off the water to my entire home. A licensed contractor installed it, and a plumber confirmed it was done correctly. I paid nearly $700 for this faucet. I tried to contact customer service multiple times, but after waiting on hold, I was repeatedly told they couldn't assist me. I'm disputing the charge and getting rid of the product. Terrible product and service. I will never shop here again and will advise others to avoid this site.
