I am writing to request a refund for my order #WEB147922, totaling €256.90, which I never received. Although the order is marked as delivered on February 28, 2026, I can confirm that I did not receive it.
Additionally, this order dates back over a year. During that time, I had to send numerous emails to request updates regarding its shipment, but I received very few responses. It was only after a year that I was informed there had been an issue with the carriers you were working with.
Now that the carrier has changed, I have been asked to pay approximately €100 in customs fees, even though I should not have to pay any additional charges.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund of €256.90, corresponding to the total value of my order.
