100% a scam i made order 1 year ago, after 6 months order WEB122325 was canceled, no refund for 4 months even tough they promised it will take 4-7 days. No refund till now, please listen to bad reviews and never buy from here. After over a year no order recieved no refund and they stopped replying to emails
The worst experience i’ve ever had with a company! i get sent all damaged items spending just over £2000 worth on stock i send proof of all this and was told they will try help, this was in November 2025! i sent email after email as they just ignored me and for some reason they emailed me today 12th February 2026 saying sorry for the inconvenience. I suggest no one places an order with them! i’ve been reselling clothes for over 4 years now and built a good business live streaming from it and lots of other sellers have said there a scam aswell so if your looking at getting into reselling DO NOT USE THESE

What I received: 500 shirts.
Not 5, not 50 — 500 out of 500. A total mistake.
This happened during the Christmas sales period, which had a direct impact on our business:
unusable merchandise,
blocked cash flow,
lost sales during a key time of the year.
I contacted the wholesaler multiple times, with full evidence (photos and order summary).
👉 No reply at all. Complete silence.
Not only is the error serious, but the lack of professionalism afterward is even worse.
When a supplier makes a 100% mistake on an order and then disappears, it becomes an unacceptable risk for any professional business.
Outcome:
no compensation,
no commercial gesture,
no solution proposed.
If you are a professional and care about your business, stay away from this wholesaler.
Mistakes can happen. Not taking responsibility should never happen.
I placed two orders in the past and everything was fine, but my last order, placed on 11.12.2025, has still not been delivered as of 03.02.2026. I have received no clear explanation regarding the status of my order.
The order value was 500 euros, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. This will definitely be my last collaboration with this company, and I am considering taking further action.

After being a regular customer for 3-4 months, I found myself with around £300 in bundles that were stuck waiting to be shipped for about three weeks. The items I ordered were in stock during this time. Unfortunately, the items were cancelled in the first week of January, coinciding with a price increase. Every single bundle I purchased that got cancelled had its price raised significantly. For example, I bought 50 grade B shirts for £45, only to see the price jump to £125. It's frustrating, and I hope the team takes this feedback seriously to improve. After this experience, I'm hesitant to order again, especially since prices are now comparable to other wholesalers—who also provide better customer service. To make matters worse, I haven't received any apology or acknowledgement for this poor service, which is why I feel compelled to give a one-star review.
This service is a complete scam. I placed an order for knitwear costing £400 and received a different item worth £250. I attempted to reach out multiple times without any response. I also tried to initiate a chargeback, but the support team was unhelpful and falsely claimed I hadn't contacted them, despite having screenshots as proof.
I've placed three orders with this service, but I'm really unsure about ordering again. The first two were denim jackets that I upcycled, so I managed to overlook some flaws, but I could have achieved the same results with higher quality items as advertised. Like others have mentioned, a significant portion (20%) of the items had major issues—missing buttons, large stains, and more! They were labeled as 'vintage,' yet included brands like Boohoo, Primark, and GAP, which are definitely not vintage. To their credit, I did raise my concerns and submitted photos of the defective items, leading to a decent refund despite struggling with a frustrating AI customer support that kept repeating the same responses. They mentioned a 'grading variance of up to 10% due to human error,' but it seems many of us are experiencing a much higher discrepancy. Thinking I’d give it another shot, I ordered the adidas bundle… what a disappointment. There were only 49 out of 50 items in the box, and many had irreversible paint stains, broken zippers, and only about half were actually branded as adidas—the rest were a mixed bag. I emailed again with photos of the issues but had to deal with the same frustrating AI assistant, and now, after several attempts, I haven't heard back since mid-September. If you're okay with not receiving the quality you expect and are prepared to disregard about a third to half of your order, the prices might be appealing. Just keep your expectations low, as you might end up feeling let down!
The recent order did not align with the description whatsoever. Contacting the support team has been frustrating due to automated responses. We even had to mention potential legal action and reach out to our bank. It's best to save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this seller.
I placed my order in April of last year and have been waiting for over three months for the promised refund due to their inability to fulfill my order. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have yet to receive any response from the support team. It's incredibly frustrating!
I'm thrilled with my purchase! My order arrived within a week, and out of 50 items, I only discarded one. The vintage items were of great quality, needing just a wash. I received prompt support via email as well. Don't let negative reviews put you off; I'm definitely ordering again!
