After being a regular customer for 3-4 months, I found myself with around £300 in bundles that were stuck waiting to be shipped for about three weeks. The items I ordered were in stock during this time. Unfortunately, the items were cancelled in the first week of January, coinciding with a price increase. Every single bundle I purchased that got cancelled had its price raised significantly. For example, I bought 50 grade B shirts for £45, only to see the price jump to £125. It's frustrating, and I hope the team takes this feedback seriously to improve. After this experience, I'm hesitant to order again, especially since prices are now comparable to other wholesalers—who also provide better customer service. To make matters worse, I haven't received any apology or acknowledgement for this poor service, which is why I feel compelled to give a one-star review.
