The worst ever selling platform available unfortunately I had to give it one star to write this review I sold an item about a month ago for just over £11 and the buyer made a accusation saying that the item was fake I never have brought or sold any fakes as I disagree with counterfeit goods i wouldn’t by them myself at all costs so I had a disagreement with the buyer she then reported me several times and ignored me I recently lost my account after being a good customer and brought a lot to items of many people I’ve never had any complaints of any items of sold on Vinted or any selling platform only positive comments I appealed against the buyers complaints Vinted customer support never helped me only supported the buyer considering the buyer had used the item and scratched them when they were unused as new I also opened up a complaint and only today gave the money back to the buyer so not only did I lose out I also lost my account after all people on there being rude and obnoxious towards me and swearing at me it’s me that loses my account absolutely shocking awful company avoid at all costs
