Been selling with them for around a year but whenever you need help, if something goes wrong etc, they only provide automated robotic response, no human help even when you ask for a transfer to a human, it doesn't happen & you never hear from anyone.
They don't resolve anything, even when they ask you for proof of sending an item when the buyer disputes it - their email to you is a "no reply" email address & on your Vinted app they haven't given you a way to upload your proof documents in response to asking for them!! You can't even respond to their messages asking you for info, they want you to start the process all over again with a basic query, which takes forever to complete & once again, no human help just autobots that don't help.
Vinted is a piece of crap - when you need them the most they let you down. Legally they are required to intervene if a courier fails you, because they are vetting & choosing the couriers they are willing to work with, therefore the legal obligation is actually on them BUT they do nothing. No follow up, the autobot tells you they don't do that. So, Vinted choose unreliable couriers that you are FORCED to use & YOU pay for Vinted's lack of responsibility of their own procurement. IT'S INSANE!!
I am sending letters of demand to Vinted's official UK address & everyone who has issues with them should do the same & also write a complaint to Companies House. It's the only way to force them to live up to their legal obligations.
