Absolutely despicable company. Been a seller for over 4 years then I get BANNED totally out of the blue and unjustified. Apparently I have engaged in fraudulent activity and uploaded a counterfeit item (Fuming!)..Despite sending over 30 photos of the GENUINE D&G Joggers to prove the authenticity which cost me over £400,they will not budge and I have been PERMANENTLY BANNED! Apparently this site is all AI driven from what I have read so basically since January 2026 thousands of sellers like me are receiving automatic bans by a robot! Abysmal customer service.. I had to wait over a week with zero correspondence from their end.. The absolute pits this outfit, one to avoid at all costs.. Meanwhile all the unscrupulous dodgy sellers with listings of brand new COUNTERFEIT Beats headphones for £25 when the genuine ones cost £150 are laughing their heads off watching the money roll in.. Do not bother reporting them as I did as they will not get removed despite me sending transcripts of messages where I got the sellers to admit they were 'Good Copies' Enough said! All hail to eBay!! eBay is the future everyone repent and go back to eBay as ZERO SELLING FEES
